Playing off of the success of the first phase 150 unit Mammoth Springs development in Sussex, Wisconsin, Sawall Development has continued to address the growing needs of the Waukesha County marketplace by providing an added variety of rental market housing product. More specifically, the seven building 107 unit Mammoth Springs South development features a blend of side-by-side 3-story townhouses which overlook the beautiful quarry along with 2-story walk-up style apartment units and townhouse units with both attached and detached garages which are clustered together around common landscaped green spaces and courtyards. The southern phase of Mammoth Springs also features a club house with patio area and firepit overlooking the quarry with a swimming pool in addition to a quarry side dock area with paddle boat slips. The transitional design of the buildings makes reference to the past in the use of stone, clap board siding with architectural elements such as columns, pergolas and brackets but in a more contemporary and “urban” fashion which is meant to appeal to the growing millennial market.
