EAGLE COLLEGE PREP – MARYVALE PHASE I AND II

SPSA worked with the client to develop a master site plan that included an initial two story school with a tight budget that utilized every square foot of the building.  The first phase provided enough classrooms and support rooms to help establish the school and was designed to seamlessly add a second phase that included more classrooms, a kitchen and a gymnasium that could be constructed while school was in session
