Located immediately north of the old Harley Davidson Wauwatosa plant, this multi-tenant distribution warehouse developed by CenterPoint Properties features excellent visibility with I-45 frontage and a large expanse of south facing drive-up and drive-in docks for leasing flexibility. The architectural design endeavors to break out of the “box” by opening up the corners with large expanses of curved two-story curtain wall elements with dark blue reflective glass that serve to contrast the white cement precast building mass that is articulated with punched clerestory windows and multiple horizontal reveals
